Very good condition. Case has signs of age and use. Upper metal stripe does not have a leathette cover (see photo #5).

Camera "Kiev-4M" is not included and shown as an example of mount.

I guarantee that this case fits "Kiev-4M" or "Kiev-4" (late, with 1/4" screwbolt). Most likely, it will fit "Kiev-4AM" or "Kiev-4A", but I do not have a camera to test.
