Thanks to an ancient recipe, it is brewed just as it was a hundred years ago. In those days, pine cones were used to treat colds and strengthen the immune system.

The jam contains freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, water, and pine cones from Siberian forests, which surpass their relatives from the European part of Russia in the number of useful properties and the content of oils and trace elements.

They are harvested in spring, by hand, in the heart of the Siberian forest. Only the greenest and youngest cones, no more than 2.5 centimeters in length, are suitable for jam. These are the ones with the highest concentration of nutrients.

The sugar and water make a thick amber syrup, which is delicious, pleasant, and a bit like honey. It is the syrup that turns the pine cones into soft marmalade that you can eat!
