The image of the sculpture of this project is based on the monster from the film adaptation of the book "The Lord of the Rings". The Balrog Head involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Balrog Head is about 32 kg. There are 60 details in total. The design documentation includes 38 pages, 36 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 20 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. Parts with the index "_01" in the instructions are bent mirror drawing. The archive includes: dxf (36 pcs.), Drawings (38 pages), Instructions (20 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 711х1202х896. There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line. The project provides for nesting 2400x1200, 2500x1250, 3000x1500mm. If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me, one additional nesting I will do for free. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee.
