Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Fire Pit Halloween Pumpkin Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)

This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished fire pits, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.

The Fire Pit Halloween Pumpkin involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 3 mm and a bending radius of 3 mm, if you want, it can be made from 2 mm steel, but not thinner, otherwise there will be a high probability that the fire pit will bend from the heat. The minimum bending angle is 17,7 degrees, the maximum angle is 29,9 degrees. The weight of the Fire Pit is about 17 kg. There are 9 parts in total. The design documentation includes 10 pages, 7 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 7 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (8 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (10 pages), Instructions (7 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 575х575х351.

There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line. 

DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished fire pits) in any quantities. 

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
