Keto Plus is a scalp care shampoo designed specifically for seborrheic dermatitis and fungal infections. It is based on the strong antibacterial and antifungal action of ketoconazole, which easily penetrates the skin and eliminates their causes. Keto Plus Shampoo helps to quickly and effectively get rid of itching, dandruff, inflammation and seborrhea, as well as strengthen hair and prevent hair loss. It is suitable for all hair types and is very easy to use thanks to its convenient shape and delicate consistency.
When using shampoo, avoid getting it into your eyes. If shampoo gets into your eyes, rinse them with water.
To prevent withdrawal syndrome during long-term local treatment with glucocorticosteroids (GCS), it is recommended to continue the local use of GCS in combination with Keto Plus shampoo, followed by gradual withdrawal of GCS over 2-3 weeks. In rare cases, increased hair loss has been reported with the use of Keto Plus shampoo.
Drug interactions with Keto Plus have not been described.
Ketoconazole, a synthetic imidazole-dioxalane derivative, has antifungal activity against dermatophytes such as Trichophyton spp., Epidermophyton spp., Microsporum spp and yeast-like fungi such as Candida spp and Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum ovale).
Zinc pyrithione - has an antiproliferative effect on epithelial cells and exhibits antifungal activity against Pityrosporum ovale and Pityrosporum orbiculare, which cause excessive peeling of the skin.
Keto Plus Shampoo quickly reduces the flaking and itching of the scalp that is commonly associated with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.
Absorption of active substances through the skin when applied topically is negligible. Since even with long-term use the content of ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione in the blood is not determined, we can come to the conclusion that the drug does not have a systemic effect.
Treatment and prevention of skin and scalp lesions caused by yeast-like microorganisms Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum ovale), such as pityriasis versicolor, seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and various types of dandruff.
