Very good condition. Box has small signs of age. Leatherette has partly came unstuck in the juncture (see photo #11). Inside there is some foam-rubber (see photo #6). Carving in the top has strong signs of use, but filter compartment is fixed properly (although has a small backlash).

Case can contain one lens "Mir-38B". Inside there is a compartment for filters with carving thread 72*0.75 mm. It's under the top and screwed inside the to part.
