Raketa (means Rocket) is a brand of watches manufactured by the Petrodvorets watch factory – the oldest watch factory in Russia. The company was among the 13 largest watchmaking factories of the Soviet Union where was mass production of watches for personal use. Watch Raketa produced in Petrodvorets exported to more than 30 countries of the world.
The first batch of brand watch Raketa was released in 1961. The brand was named after Gagarin’s ((the first cosmonaut)) flight.
