The average weight of antlers in a red deer is up to 15 kg, but there are also more than 20 kg. Within a year, it will begin to grow antlers again. After cutting, the antlers are boiled with alternating scalding in boiling water and cooling, roasted in special ovens and dried in the fresh air. These three stages are called preservation, which usually lasts until the fall. At the end of preservation, as a rule, antlers lose almost half their weight.

After going through all the stages, deer antlers are used to make infusions, thanks to their useful and unique composition:

Macronutrients: magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, sodium;
Trace elements: iodine, copper, zinc, manganese, sulfur;
Lipids, involved in the performance of cells and the whole body;
Vitamins: A, E, B, D, P, F;
Hormones: Testosterone, luteotropin, and others.
