Description
Tibetan applicator (modern Kuznetsov applicator) on a soft substrate 12 x 22 cm is a small acupuncture needle medical massager, which is convenient to press with your hands to various parts of the body (head, joints, arms, legs, etc.). You can also lie on it, however, if you lie on a larger applicator (41x60 cm), then the effect will be much more pronounced.

Method of administration and dosage
The Tibetan applicator on a soft substrate of 12 x 22 cm is pressed against the surface of the skin by hands or with the help of body weight. It is possible to press with an elastic belt or a bandage. The force of the indentation should provide a stabbing effect within the limits of pain tolerance, which is usually accompanied by a feeling of warmth. The feeling of warmth indicates a high efficiency of exposure. The time and force of the impact are individual for each person and are determined empirically. The period of exposure can vary from one minute to several hours, but in most cases the procedure lasts 5-15 minutes. It is recommended to carry out 1-2 procedures per day. The following methods of application are effective in most cases:
1. The massager is placed on a horizontal surface (for example, on a bed or on the floor), then they lie down on it, providing a piercing effect with the help of body weight. The procedure lasts 5-15 minutes.
2. The massager is applied to the selected area and pressed on it with your hands for 40-60 seconds, after which the massager is removed. The procedure is repeated 5-10 times at short intervals.
