I like things that last, and this feels like one of those products. No gimmicks, just solid performance.

I bought this on a bit of a whim, and now I use it more than anything else in my kitchen. It heats up evenly and holds that heat, which makes cooking feel a lot more controlled. Even simple meals turn out better.
