I had two beautiful bottle opener rings and I put them down somewhere and can't find them. The two replacement rings I purchased from you are nice, but they aren't nearly as hefty as the ones I lost and feel a bit malleable. The silver one arrived with a nick in its surface. They fit perfectly, and I am happy with my purchase.

Relief of lower back pain and tension AND relief of pulled muscle on left side near shoulder blade at last. Wish i could combine heat plus vibration manially instead of just one manual mode at a time. Instructions tell me to leave the power plugged in while using the device, BUT when plugged in, I cant turn unit on, so I have to unplug the unit to use it??
