To be honest, I purchased the ice bag to give to a family member as a Christmas gift, however, it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I was disappointed it was delayed in transit. I did not know it was being shipped from Mainland, China (lol) ! Irritated, I attempted to Cancel my Order, and even threatened to not accept delivery of it. However, your Customer Service Representatives assured me that my ice bag had shipped, was in transit, and would be delivered within two days. Sure enough, it was dropped in a dry, safe place on my front porch. I did accept delivery of it, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of construction, the size, and how carefully the ice bag had been packed for shipment to me. The ice bag is my family member's favorite color of blue, and I will give it to him for his Birthday in February. All worked out well!

Wear every morning on dog walks. Warm and comfy.

I love these shoes. I broke my ankle in April and these are the only shoes I can comfortably wear with an ankle brrace on my right foot. Very comfy and look good! and RED is my color they were great for Christmas
