Overall, the underpants are loose and soft and very comfortable. I rate them ‘excellent’. One of my aging problems (I’m a 93-year old male) is that my scrotum is stretching, and, along with my testicles, escapes through the leg holds unless I wear very tight underpaints, that I don’t like. So far, your underpants, although loose-fitting, hold back the marriage equipment reasonably well. However, the cost is far too high. Your product deserves 5 stars, but the cost knocks off at least one star, or even two. Richard, May 1, 2026
