My experience was not very pleasant!!!! I reach out to informed your customer service that there was an error in purchasing your item!!!! There must have been a glitch in your system!!!! I ordered 1 knee stabilizer but I received 3 of them!!! and was charged for the other 2 pairs!!! I returned (shipped) the 2 unordered pairs back to the shipping address label on the unopened items packages staring "RETURN TO SENDER" with a noted explanation inside the packages!!!! I haven't received a response from your team!!!! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service!!!!!! Where is my refund for the the 2 items that I returned (shippe)d back to you?!!!! I have reocorded photos (proof) of the shipped items that I returned back to you!!!! Please send my Full Refund for the other 2 pairs of knee stabilizers that I (shipped) returned back to your team Asap!!!! As I mentioned ___ I have recorded proof available if you require it!!!! I have also contacted my Bank and discussed this situation with them and I have filed a Dispute Claim for my FULL REFUND foe the 2 pairs of knee stabilizers that I did not intentionally ordered!!!! This was great but make sure you check sizes. My dog is 10 pounds and needed the x large.
