Thanks for finally getting the product to us. Our only complaint was the schedule of UniUni delivery--they apparently don't deliver on weekends.

After trying several other options to help with ill-fitting shoes due to very narrow heels, these have solved the problem. My shoes no longer rub my heels and leave me with blisters. I must buy a few more.
