Profile: To set up your profile on InspireUplift, you have to provide your name and other basic information like gender, address, and birthday. You can edit this information later on by going into your account settings. The name of your account is displayed publically and is linked with all the activities done from your account. Other users can see your date of joining, ratings, and reviews you posted about the products you bought, your store policies, pages, list of sold items, their number, and your favorites, followers, and following. For sellers, we use your information for advocacy and marketing purposes and to feature you and your store on the marketplace. We may also ask about demographic knowledge like your race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual identity for our marketing and advocacy campaigns. Automated Information: When you use InspireUplift's website or mobile application, InspireUplift records your information from your browser or mobile device while you use different Services. Information like IP address, cookies, and which pages you visited and your interaction with them is recorded to provide you the Services. This data is collected automatically and is stored in log files. InspireUplift may also acquire this data from connected Internet of Things devices such as voice-activated assistants or Smart TV. Data from InspireUplift Vendors and Suppliers: We collect information about you from our vendors and suppliers. This information includes customer service interactions, payments, and delivery information.
Data from Advertising and Marketing Partners: InspireUplift accesses information about you from our advertising and marketing partners. This information can include attribution information via cookies and UTM tags in URLs to determine where a visit to InspireUplift comes from, response to marketing emails, advertisements, offers, and audience information from partners who have given consent to share that information with us.
Location Information: Your information is utilized to offer you better Services, advertisement purposes, for analysis, and to protect the Services. The information accessed by us includes IP address, browser information, device information like location. When you use the Apps, you can choose to share your location in order to use our local marketplace. As a seller, you have the option of publishing your location as well.
The location you provide while making your profile is accessible to us and your IP address as well. After seeking your consent, we may also access your location through precise location information from GPS or through data from the network you use or cell towers near you. All the information that we gather is utilized to provide you improved and customized Services- For internal analysis, monitoring the performance regional requirements and policies for the services, for local content, search results, and suggestions for delivery and advertising services. If you had given us access to your precise location but don't want to share that information with us anymore, you can revoke your consent from the settings on the App or your mobile phone. You can also give access of your mobile camera to the App in order to upload photographs on InspireUplift.
Analytics Information: We utilize data analytics software to ensure accurate functionality and to enhance our Services. The software keeps track of how often the App is used, what happens within the Apps, performance, error, and debugging information, and where the Apps were downloaded from. We do not link any personal information that you submitted in the App with the information from analytics software.
Information from Third Parties: Some users might want to make their account on InspireUplift by linking it with a third-party application like Facebook. If you link your account with a third-party application, then you are under an agreement that allows InspireUplift to receive information from that app. We may utilize public information to communicate with you on social media. The information shared can be used to provide you Services. You can share the activity you perform on InspireUplift on your connected social media accounts as well. If you want to revoke this permission, you can do that anytime from your account settings. The third-party applications that you use to make your account or sign in may offer you to stop receiving messages from us or allows you to forward the messages to other email addresses as well. Non-Member Information: InspireUplift gets access to information about a non-registered member of InspireUplift through connections with certain InspireUplift features like subscribing to InspireUplift's newsletter, an invitation by a member, a member mentions the information of a non-member using the contact uploader feature, a non-member does a transaction, a member shares a gift code with a non-member, or a non-member uses the guest checkout option to purchase a product from InspireUplift. Non-member information is only used for the reasons mentioned at the time of submission to InspireUplift, for purposes that are necessary for InspireUplift to function, or instances where InspireUplift has an interest as mentioned in the "Information Uses, Sharing, & Disclosure" section below.
Message from InspireUplift
At times, InspireUplift will need to contact you. This contact is done primarily through emails, InspireUplift Messages, push notifications for marketing, advocacy, and updates. If you don't want to receive push notifications, you can disable them from your device. You can also disable receiving marketing emails or messages by going into the account settings or simply clicking the unsubscribe link on any marketing email. Your mobile device's Operating System and User Identification number are required to ensure that you receive notifications uninterruptedly. Additionally, every account must have a valid email to receive messages. For transaction-related problems, or if you want InspireUplift member support, we may contact you through telephone. With your consent, InspireUplift may approach you through SMS or call to offer your customer support, ask for feedback, or provide information about products you may find of interest. You can update contact preferences from your account settings.
Some messages from InspireUplift are service-related and necessary for both the registered members and guest checkout users. You understand that InspireUplift can send you messages unrelated to marketing, like about transactions, your account, and its securituy, or product changes. Example of service-related messages includes the first welcome email when you make you account with InspireUplift, notifications about your order, changes in features, availability of services, relaying messages with buyers and messages from the Support team to provide you correspondence.
When you first register your account with InspireUplift, subscribe to our newsletter or provide us with your phone number. This will help us in reaching you with our marketing emails and messages. While creating the account, you will be given a notice which you need to agree upon to receive these messages. InspireUplift has the right to retain your information as long as we think it is necessary to fulfill purposes mentioned in this policy, for the tenure that your account remains active, or according to the requirement of providing you our Services. If you do not want InspireUplift to use your information to provide you the Services, you may close the account. InspireUplift will retain your information in order to fulfill our legal obligations. For example, if your information is required to comply with tax and revenue laws. To resolve any dispute and enforce our agreement the retention is also necessary. InspireUplift sellers may also retain your information to comply with their own legal obligations. The closing of your account does not free up your username, shop name, or email address for reuse on a new account. For internal analysis, we retain the log files as well. You may control the receipts of different types of communication from your InspireUplift's account settings. We may send you messages about the activities you did or the Servies you availed. These messages can be a requirement or service-related, like transactional messages. Other messages are not required, like newsletters.
You can change your account settings to choose which message you want to receive and which not to. To learn more about it, read the "Messages from InspireUplift" section of this policy. If you don't want to receive messages of any kind except the legal notices, you may close your account.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms And Conditions InspireUplift, LLC.
User Opt-In: The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive auto dialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer"). Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Us in order to opt-out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the User Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms and conditions. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control.
