I didn't understand that I have to download multiple files and just downloaded the pattern. When I saw my error I went back to download the rest and it wouldn't let me do so.
Not only is this a beautiful design, but the instructions are fool-proof clear. Once I'm done making the bears, I plan on buying additional designs. In addition, customer service was incredibly helpful when I had a question.
