My experience was horrible the embroidery files would not load or open kept showing an error and a Thank you card. I reached out to the seller,6 and they did not even bother to contact me back and this was poor Customer service. I needed what I paid for to have my Clients order to be shipped out on time which did not happen and now I am still waiting on a reply back and my refund.
