In this series of drawings, I would like to pay more attention to other characters in the novel.
This is a rather difficult project for me, because it's not so easy to tune in to different emotions so that they look convincing in the end.
But I will try very hard!

This time, I have chosen the current leader of the Nie Clan.
I really wanted to use ecru shades in this work to create a light, even elegant atmosphere…but besides that, I decided to use a gray steel shade, which is a little guessed in the background and is more actively visible in Nie Huaisang clothes, emphasizing that its softness is only an external demonstration.

Since the character itself is very ambiguous, I decided to add the same ambiguous symbolism to the drawing.
As a symbol, the white peacock signifies victory. On the other hand, he hints at the Lanling Jin Clan.
I chose the name on the same principle…I wanted it to mean both someone's secret intentions and a person who manipulates others.
