Unused Condition: Only unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned. Conditions apply.

Damage or Defect: If your item is damaged or defective, provide clear verification (photos/videos) as requested. Unverified claims will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers must use trackable shipping when returning items. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels.

Proper Packaging: Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition. Keep the return receipt and email us a photo for tracking.

Disqualified Categories: Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

Handmade items

Beauty, personal care, and health products

Intimate wear, jewelry, eyewear, and watches

No "Change of Mind": Returns based on changing your mind are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Print-on-Demand Orders: Please double-check size and color before ordering. These are made-to-order and non-refundable

Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or credit.

Marked as Delivered: If your order is marked “delivered” by the courier but not received, please file a claim with the courier directly.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel or change your order within 60 minutes if it hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Invalid Returns: Items returned outside policy guidelines will be discarded and no credit/refund will be issued.
