Our refund policy covers cases where the design you receive does not match what was shown in our store, or if the product is torn or of poor quality. However, we cannot accept refunds or returns if the issue originates from your end, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or refusing to receive the package. We also cannot accept refunds or returns if the tracking system shows the package as "delivered."
