Pysical goods.

1.By placing an order in our store, you accept our shipping/return policy.

2.We suggest that you read our return policy carefully before submitting any claim. Make sure the product is eligible for a claim to avoid dissatisfaction.

3.Returns are only accepted after approval by our customer service. To initiate a return or ask any other question, please contact customer service at contact@inspireuplift.com within 14 calendar days of delivery of the package.

4.Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, terms and conditions apply.

5.If an item is faulty/damaged, please file a claim and submit a proper inspection as requested by a customer service representative. Uninspected items will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. Without verification, we will not be able to resolve your issue. Claims submitted after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

6.You should always consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not provide a return label and do not pay for return shipping.

7. Any item you return must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been altered in any way by you after receipt will not be returned. Please keep the return receipt for the package and email us pictures of it so we can track the package.

8.When placing your order, please be careful to choose the correct size, color and other details. Please double check the details before confirming your order to avoid any return or exchange claims.

9.Parcels that are rejected or refused upon delivery, abandoned, or parcels returned outside of the established return process will not be accepted as returns.

10.All customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees and duties are collected by the border authorities in your country, not by us. They are collected and retained by them and are not refundable. We do not wish any inconvenience to our customers.

11.If a package is undeliverable or lost, please file a claim within 60 calendar days of the date of shipment. Claims submitted after that time will not be accepted.

If you have not received your package and the courier has marked it as delivered, it will not be considered lost. Please file a claim with the courier.

13.To avoid delivery problems, please make sure you provide your correct, complete address when placing your order. Items returned due to an incomplete address are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

14.Cancellations/modifications of your order are accepted within 60 minutes if the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, it becomes almost impossible to cancel/receive the package.

15.Refunds or store credit for returned merchandise will be issued within 30 days of receiving the merchandise at our return address.

16.Refunds for merchandise are issued by your original method of payment. If you ordered via Paypal, the refund will only be issued to your Paypal account, or if you ordered via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. Changing account details will not be accepted for a refund.

17.Any returned merchandise that is outside of our return policy or not eligible for a refund or store credit, we will throw away.

18.We offer free shipping worldwide with 3 to 10 business days order processing. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 45 business days depending on your country or region.

19.We try to ensure perfect quality of both the goods and the packaging. But because shipping is handled by logistics companies, we cannot guarantee that your package will be completely undamaged. However, if an item is received in a damaged condition, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation.

Upon receipt of your order, if the item is damaged, please notify us immediately and provide us with a photo of the damage to the item.
