The cookie cutter consists of two parts, an outline and a stamp. 

This is very convenient, as it allows you to work with dough of different thicknesses and get a high-quality result, whether you are preparing gingerbread, sugar cookies or cookies with fondant. On the rolling dough, first cut out the cookies with a contour, and then insert the stamp, adjusting the pressing force depending on the dough you are working with. After stamping, remove the contour, and then the stamp. If the dough is sticky, you can dust the mold with flour.
