The conditioner for a mechanical transmission was developed on the basis of a data bank on the parameters of lubricant compositions for gear pairs operating under ultra-high variable loads. Synthesized using modern technologies and principles of optimization of the polymolecular system. Contains heat-resistant polymers that structure the oil film in a special way, increasing its adhesion to the lubricated surface, which provides additional protection against wear and reduces mechanical losses. Helps to dampen dynamic loads and reduce contact stresses in transmission friction pairs, significantly extending their service life.

MECHANISM OF ACTION: FN420 implements the effect of wearlessness in friction pairs, initiating a closed tribochemical cycle "wear-recovery" of rubbing surfaces. The drug is activated directly in the friction zone and acts on the surface layer of the metal, forming a self-healing servovite (protective) film on it with low shear resistance, which effectively reduces the wear rate of mating friction pairs.

APPLICATION:

Shake the vial. Pour the drug into the mechanical transmission at the rate of 60 ml per 1 liter of transmission oil.

It is recommended to apply at each oil change or at least after 50 thousand km.

CAUTION: Do not use in final drives with limited slip differentials.
