I bought this pillow for my dad when he was hospitalized for 3 weeks after a fall and hurt his shoulder. He needed a pillow that would support his neck and his shoulder too while he was forced to sleep on his back in the hospital bed. This was perfect! When the head of his bed was elevated it worked great and didn't bend his head forward like the regular pillows were doing causing strain on his neck and shoulder. He is normally a side sleeper and the ear hole is an added benefit to the neck and shoulder support. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!
I already had one so I purchased it for my dear friend. Mine is excellent. I purchased it a few years ago from another vendor.

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever used!
I have tried numerous types of pillows but I have found all of them caused me a neck pain. This pillow is designed for side sleepers, which is for me, so I decided to give it a try. I can’t tell this one is a perfect pillow since I have only used it for a couple of weeks, but I don’t have any pain in my neck. So far so good. I would purchase another one in the near future.
