How to add art file to your frame TV

1. Download the file to the photos section of your phone.  2. If you haven't already, download the "Samsung Smart Things app". It's a free app. Make sure your phone and your TV are on the same wifi signal.  3. Open the Samsung Smart Things app and select "art mode" and then select the photo you want and upload.  4. Select the frame type you want, either "no mat" or select a frame option.  5. Enjoy! Please let me know if there are any issues with your file. I will be happy to adjust your file to make sure it works perfectly with your TV.

How and when can I download my files?

Accepted Answer

After making a payment you will automatically be allowed access to your downloadable files. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your downloads. This will allow you to access them later if you desire. You will always be able to access your files by visiting your Inspire Uplift profile and clicking "My orders".
