It stands for Scalable Vector Graphic. Works with Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator apps. Each color will be an individual cut layer.

How do I download my purchase?

All orders are sent to the email address associated with your IU account, and are also available on the Order Details page as soon as payment is complete. Please check your mailbox, as you will receive a link in the email from the site that will direct you to the download. If you haven't received this email, please check your mailbox, as sometimes it gets there. If you still can't find it, please contact me and I will be happy to help you.

I cant download the images to my phone or Print from my Phone

SVG files works with Cricut, Cameo Silhouette and Adobe Illustrator ONLY! Svg not open to your iPhone. It is always recommended to use a PC/Laptop or Mac to download them initially. This is mainly because there are so many apps for mobile phones and the way they read the files differ from one app to another and mobile devices can cause problems-especially with large high resolution files. Please try using a Pc/Laptop and If the files open incorrectly, FIRST OF ALL PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND TRY AGAIN.  If you are still having trouble downloading the files on a Pc/Laptop please contact me and I will be more than happy to assist you further.

How quickly can I get the file I bought?

These are instant downloadable files. You will receive an email with a link to the download the clipart.   Also you will find your downloadable files in your My Orders section at the top of your homepage

I downloaded the archive and can't decompress the files.

All Pc/Laptops whether Windows or Mac will come with inbuilt unzipping software, where you would normally right click on the file and then choose 'Extract All', If however you are having trouble with this please try an alternative free software such as:  www.7-zip.org  www.win-rar.com  www.winzip.com
