PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

I am happy to accept personalized and customized products.  You do not need to contact me to order a personalized product.  In the description of the ad, in the note field, you will see the information that needs to be filled in.  Individual products are made in most cases 1-4 weeks (depending on the size, model of the product and the availability of the required colors).  If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.  Please note that colors may vary depending on photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME

I ship my item only by priority packages with a tracking number.  Please note that the indicated delivery time is an estimate, subject to favorable conditions.  Average delivery times are from 7 to 45 days.  On the eve of holidays and seasonal sales, delivery times may increase.  If you do not see your country in the list of shipping destinations, please contact me for a quote.  I cannot be held responsible for postage.

INSURANCE

I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the product. If you want to add insurance, please contact me BEFORE purchasing, it is not included in the shipping cost. In case of loss or damage to the product, the money is not returned.

CUSTOMS TAXES AND FEES

International customers are responsible for all fees, including import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees required in your country. I am not responsible for any taxes and fees required in your country. I am not responsible for delays related to customs.

CARE FOR KNITTED PRODUCTS

1. Wash the woolen thing only with your hands!!! 2. Use only special liquid wool products. 3. when washing and rinsing, the water should not exceed 30 C. 4. Do not leave the product in water for a long time (no more than 20 minutes), and never RUB or twist. 5. after rinsing to clear water, lift the product as a whole lump and slightly press the water with your hands (without twisting!). 6. Spread out on a large bath towel and carefully but firmly roll them together in a roll and leave for 20 minutes. 7. Dry in a horizontal position, spread out on a dry towel, without stretching. 8. Never dry wool products near batteries or in the sun. 9. Store woolen items on a shelf in the closet in a folded form.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

I always use the delivery address specified in Your account. If you want us to send the parcel as a gift with a wish card, please specify the address and greeting inscription. The buyer is responsible for all additional costs if the delivery address was incorrectly specified due to the buyer's fault. I can re-send it to You, subject to payment of the delivery cost.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact me within 3 calendar days and provide a video or photo of the parcel opening. Please contact me before leaving a review. If we could not solve the problem, we accept a refund. When making a refund, you must: -send the parcel back to my address no later than 6 calendar days; -report the tracking number of the parcel; - in the Declaration, specify " RETURN of GOODS»; - items must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as they were when they were sent. Upon receipt of the product, if all the above conditions are met, the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, as are additional customs fees. I do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made products.

PACKAGING

I pack all things in a cardboard box and a waterproof postal bag.  You can also choose a gift package, then your product will be sent in a cardboard greeting box.
