Returns and exchanges

If you find for any reason that you do not wish to keep the item you have purchased, I will gladly exchange or issue a refund (excluding the shipping amount). Any extra shipping costs or upgrades will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of the delivery for returns. All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with any original tags in place. If the items show any wear a deduction will be made from your refund. I recommend ussing weatherproof wrapping and sufficient protective packing materials to prevent damage. I also recommend getting proof of postage, as it could affect the timely processing of your refund. Your refund and/or exchange will be issued after the item has been received by me.

Shipping

Everything is shipped as soon as possible. I ship worldwide via Kazakhstan, Uralsk, Karbysheva 13. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation (tracking), no insurance. Your order should arrive within 2 to 5 weeks, however delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please do not leave your purchase to the last minute as there can be delays in the international mail. Please also do not blame me, if the item delays as I'm posting it out ASAP and if post is slower, it is not where I can do much from my side. Thank you for your understanding! It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address including zip code when placing your order. Thank you. Lost package

I am not responsible for any lost packages, and no replacement or refund will be given if items are lost by the postal service. Please do not blame me. However, I'll do my best to contact the post service and trace the package. In the event of a lost package through USPS, please contact your local post office. You also can apply for search.

Returned package

I can not offer you a refund if a parcel is returned to me because of unclaimed package or the address provided to me by the buyer was incorrect. There is the possibility to post the package again once I get it back. The buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before I will send the package again.

Packaging

Twist headbands and head scarves are placed in a mailing envelope for shipping. Headpieces are sent in sturdy double walled cardboard boxes (not hat boxes). This is to protect items from any becoming misshapen so they will last for many years to come. The boxes I use are of a suitable size for your headpiece and sturdy enough to store your item in.

Though I pack my items very carefully, sometimes during shipment items may ruffle or change shape, most cases can be rectified with removing the item from the packaging and letting it "breathe" a bit then use gentle manipulation to coax the petals into the desired shape. You can also lightly steam the items using a professional steamer, be sure to hold the item very far away from the steam. Fabric items are not waterproof so be careful around liquids. I recommend that you steam your birdcage veil before use, a light iron can be used on birdcage veil, be sure it is not too hot!
