Leuzea has a different name – maral root. The practice of this root suggests animals are often the root called "male root." Leuzea is often used by athletes involved in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
Harvesting takes place in the fall, harvesting suitable plants 3-5 years of age. After harvesting the root clear of the earth, and dried in a shaded place with good ventilation.
Preparation and application
Alcohol tincture (recommended). 10 grams of crushed root, 100 ml of 40% alcohol or vodka in glass container. Insist in a dark place at room temperature for 2 weeks, occasionally shake, strain. Take 20-30 drops 2 times daily before meals, course of 2 weeks.
Water infusion. 1 teaspoon crushed roots pour 250 ml of boiling water, insist 2 hours in a thermos, drain. Take 50 ml 3-4 times daily before meals, course of 2-3 weeks.
