Care instructions FOR BLYTHE DOLLS:

Do not store the Blythe doll in direct sunlight.Its external data can burn out in the sunlight and the brightness of your favorite doll will disappear.  Be careful when playing or dressing your doll - do not scratch its face and handle the body carefully. You can damage the joints on the body, neck, or leave scratches on the delicate doll's face  Hold the doll when placing it without a stand - the head is very heavy and the doll may fall face down. This may cause scratches on the bezel.It will be great if your doll stands on a special stand.  Love, give tenderness and warmth to your Blythe and treat it carefully and it will delight you for a very long time!

An incorrect address or any reason

Please provide the correct address when placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address or any reason, the cost of resending is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund

If you sent a refund back to me, arrive damaged or defective-I will make a refund of 50% of the value of the item.

Custom and personalized orders

My dolls and toys were custom-made - they are not perfect in the factory and may have some minor flaws, as all of them are one of a kind. IT'S NOT PERFECT-IT'S HANDMADE

Delivery time

If the item hasn’t arrived in 2 months, please contact me. I will log an investigation through the Russian Post. If the parcel is officially recognized lost, I will refund you 100% of the payment.
