Selling to buyers in the EU?

Due to EU consumer protection laws, you may be required to display certain information to buyers, like your full name, business address, email, and phone number. Only buyers in EU countries will be able to see these details on your shop page.  If you identify as an incorporated business on Etsy, you're likely considered a professional seller (known as a trader) in the EU and must comply with these requirements. Etsy won't share this info with third parties or use it to contact you.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we can do custom orders. But we can't make it out of the color that you send us by looking at the photos, so the differences in color over the Internet are very strong, it may not correspond to the desired color in reality. Before sending the order, I will send a photo for approval. All items are completely handmade, so you need time from 2 to 5+ days. It depends on the complexity of the work and the number of current orders. If you want something special for you, please contact me. We will estimate the time frame required for your order. It usually takes no more than 7 business days.
