Take on demanding rope work with greater control and confidence. The XINDA XD8602 is a rugged 50KN rescue descender designed for climbers, rescuers, aerial performers, and rope-training applications. Its bent-ear design helps manage friction and makes lock-off positioning more convenient than a standard figure-eight design. Built from aluminum-magnesium alloy, this rappelling belay device weighs just 240g while supporting 8–13mm ropes.
Key Features
- 50KN rated strength for demanding climbing, rappelling, rescue, and training applications.
- Bent ears provide additional rope-control and lock-off options for greater versatility.
- Lightweight aluminum-magnesium alloy construction combines durability with a pack-friendly 240g weight.
- 17 × 17 × 1cm design accommodates 8–13mm rope, making it a versatile climbing descender for multiple rope activities.
Why Choose Our XD8602 50KN Figure 8 Descender?
Unlike a basic figure-eight device, the bent-ear configuration offers more options for adding friction and locking off the rope. Comparable rescue-style descenders also emphasize bent ears for improved rope and friction management, while the XINDA combines this functionality with a lightweight alloy body rather than heavier steel construction.
Perfect For
