Very good quality. And it makes the entire community smile bc they're familiar with some of my ideas... which I thought were brilliant but turned out to be ...hmm....less succesful. Like starting Tai Chi on an empty ground. 7 in the morning, dark Dec, deep snow, chilling wind... 3 people showed up. (That includes me and the instructor) The plot had space for at least 50 ppl! That's what I was focusing on.

All I can say is WOW! Needed some tweaks to the base design, and Planiva was on it. Their probing questions and offer for a clarifying call were beyond helpful.
