like the timer. the small candle seems to go out at least once a week, I turn off and then to timer and it works. overall battery life was 3 weeks of daily 5 hrs of time

IT works but very uncomfortable to wear

This item is great for discomfort in the shoulders and neck. It folds smoothly around those areas, unlike standard heating pads. The maximum heat is almost hot and the vibration is soothing. I recommend this item.
