Very Disappointed in this blade. I ordered it expecting Thorin Oakenshiled Orcrist which is what was shown in the picture to be ordered. When I received it immediately I noticed the handle was nothing like the replica I had ordered. When I went to return this blade. I was told that the lighting was different and they could not help me. I will NEVER be buying anything from this site again. Very poor and very disappointed. As you can see from the pictures. pattern is not affected by lighting. Do NOT buy from this scam.

Again another pattern that has unclear instructions and no one in the company has gotten back to me in the past 4 months.

Been trying to contact the company since October last year because 2 of their instructions are unclear. One says move the marker 3 stitches to the right and take off 3 stitches. But the stitch count for that round is the same as the next round so what “take off 3 stitches” means I do not know and no one from the company gets back to me.

Will not fill your order and refuses to respond or give a refund. Absolutely do not buy from seller. Will say they’re going to process a refund for items not sent and then try to say that their items were delivered, over 6 weeks from order (it’s a sweatshirt for Christ sake). Just don’t. Not worth the hassle.

ordered the book- says instant download. Click the download link and it says you will receive a link in 1-12 hours. Never received it. Tried it several times- same message. Have not been able to get anyone to respond and help. this has been going on for over a week now

Delivery was promt however the pattern was crochet chart only which I don't read. I reached out twice to ask if there was a written pattern but they never responded. I won't shop there again & glad the pattern was on sale. If you read charts it's great.

paid for the entire test bank which was supposed to be 51 chapters and only received 9 chapters. Disappointed!!!
