Shoes do not fit I have been trying for a week to get info about a RETURN. Shoes are not defective, nothing happened to them during shipping. They do not fit. Please help?

Took to long to get hear

I ordered these sandals as a replacement for an identical pair bought several years ago which had finally worn out. Extremely comfortable and fit well on my usually hard to fit feet.

After speaking the sakes rep for the first purchase, I was disappointed, because they sent me the wrong size even after our discussion on the phone. They said they would send me a sticker in the mail so I can return it and get my refund , which I still haven't received. Then after speaking with another rep and explaining the situation we ordered a second winter coat for my dog and I was very pleased that it is the right size , so thank you for delivering it in a fashionably time. I am pleased, however I'm still waiting for the tag to get refunded on my first purchase. So on that order I am disappointed.
