I bought it mostly for a trip. The jacket heats fast and distributes warmth evenly. I like that it still looks nice; I can wear it casually without drawing attention. I do think the sizing runs a bit small, so I’d recommend going up one size.

The water changed color, which the product says indicates toxins being drawn out. Overall, I felt more energized and healthier after use, and I appreciated the added massage feature.
