These insoles were very easy to trim and fit perfectly inside my running shoes. I immediately noticed better support for my arches. My daily walks have become much more comfortable.

I spend a lot of time walking during the day, and my feet usually feel exhausted by evening. After using these StrideGuard insoles for a week, I can honestly say my feet feel much better. The arch support is noticeable but still comfortable.

I’ve tried several insoles before, but StrideGuard EVA Arch Support Insoles surprised me. My feet feel so much more supported during long walks.

I did finally receive my order after a month. It had to be placed because the first one did not get sent. When I finally got it, I was satisfied with it. The company acted in good faith.

It’s a great product, just wear it on top of your clothes. It can really dig into you if you wear it too long under clothes.

My normal athletic shoe is 7-7.5. The first pair of the comfort walking shoe was a 7 and too big. I subsequently ordered a 6.5 which is closer, but a 6 would be perfect. So I say they run big unless you like loose and slip.
