It’s a great product, just wear it on top of your clothes. It can really dig into you if you wear it too long under clothes.

My normal athletic shoe is 7-7.5. The first pair of the comfort walking shoe was a 7 and too big. I subsequently ordered a 6.5 which is closer, but a 6 would be perfect. So I say they run big unless you like loose and slip.

I bought it as a gift for my husband. It was very small, about the size of a laptop, and it felt like you were sitting on a book. It was not what he was expecting.

Love the butterfly but wish they didn’t flash all the time. I would like them just to light up.
