I'm giving you a 4 because the cart doesn't set up high enough for me. Otherwise it looks like an excellent cart for someone who has more leg strength to stand up when they want to get off. Not your fault--mine, but you could sell many more of these IF you would just build it higher off the ground. I love the looks of it.

The shoes are fine, but it took way too long to receive them. You need to speed up your delivery process.

Side Sleeper pillow has helped alleviate shoulder pain I had❤️ Pillow needs a little more filler in it though as it flattens once one lays on it.
