I was quite confused & intimidated at first with the big instruction manual until I finally got to where I could hear it speak & choose languages. But I haven't tried it out yet. It seems simple enough.

Once I downloaded the app from the ios app store, it was pretty simple to set up. Voice recognition is quite good. Be sure to turn the volume up with the app on the phone. Great gadget that can move quickly from one language to another.

Very pleased with the unit. I've spoken with several people at work using the device, Arabic, Vietnamese, Spanish and they all found it very helpful and accurate. At times I would like it to have more volume to be heard and sometimes the buttons are pressed inside the box because they are not recessed, but I'm glad I have it even so. It could be a life saver in the future.

I just received it and it appears to be a great tool. Once I have an opportunity to access Limited English Proficient Participants and translation takes place, then I can assess the auxiliary aid. At which point I can provide more feedback.

The unit was easy to set up with the app. Connects easily and works great. Two way conversations are easy. It is limited in its normal conversation translation. You must speak clearly and slowly. The translator has trouble with colloquialism’s but overall good translation.

Product work fantastic I'm guessing legal issues you couldn't integrated with Google Translator then you get more languages but otherwise it is awesome

It's a gift to my God sister for mission field....so i can't tell how Surprised it was to her... Definitely it would be useful at any point of contact as you are travelling to different countries n Speaks different languages... Will get as Xmas or birthday gifts Once she give me feedback.

With a smartphone and good internet connection your phone can already do this, but the device makes it a lot simpler and faster. Still, the device is well worth purchasing if you travel much or socialize much with people speaking languages you're not familiar with. Recommended!!
