Customs duties

Please check your country's tax laws before ordering. Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and import taxes. The buyer should familiarize himself with his country's customs regulations. We will not refund you if you place an order and then are unwilling to accept it due to import duties.

Refusal to receive a parcel

If you refused to receive the package or did not pick up the package on time and the package is returned, we will not refund the money for the order.

If the package is delayed or lost

Please provide us with your parcel tracking number for checking. We will send an official request to the postal service to locate the parcel. You can also contact the delivery service using the tracking number. If the package is found but delivered very late, we will not issue a refund. We cannot influence the operation of the postal service. In case of confirmed loss of the package, we can either issue a 100% refund or resend the same order.

When making toys, we use natural materials such as wood, acrylic paints and water-based varnishes; the surface is carefully sanded and rounded. But the parts of the toys are made of different materials and are not intended for eating and teething. We recommend playing under adult supervision!
