Can I see the mock-up before I make it?

Yes, it is required. Within 1-3 business days after you place your order, we send you the mock-up for approval. Please note that we send the mock-up through Inspire Uplift Conversations. To make sure you don't miss a message, enable Inspire Uplift notifications on your phone/email. It is important to us that you get the product exactly as you want it, so we will not proceed with the production without your approval. Please double-check names/dates/any text listed before you write "agreed".

How long does it take to produce?

Production takes 7-10 business days from the time the mock-up is approved. If you don't respond to messages within 7 days, we will produce according to the drawn mock-up, and you cannot make adjustments.

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

We send parcels by regular mail with a tracking number. On average, delivery to Europe takes 3 weeks; USA - 3-5 weeks; Australia and Canada - 4-6 weeks. However, there may be delays due to customs clearance, epidemiological situations in some regions, high parcel volumes in some postal services during widespread sales and national holidays. Check that the shipping address listed on Inspire Uplift is correct.

How do I know where my package is?

We attach a tracking number to your order on Inspire Uplift. You can check the status of your package either on the Inspire Uplift site or on the third-party resource, 17track.net.

Can I request a custom design?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are happy to make a unique product just for you. If none of our listings work for you, we can draw a mock-up to your specifications. Feel free to fantasize! We can also easily adjust our existing design to your wishes, using elements from different products (for example, a font from one, design elements from another, add a quote, or replace the current engraving with another).

Can I get the product faster?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can get your order faster by purchasing express shipping. Choose Express shipping listing to pay for this option. You can purchase express shipping upgrades until the package is shipped - up to 7 days after you place your order. Please provide the recipient's phone number so the courier can arrange a convenient day and time for delivery.

If I am ordering for a gift or occasion, how do I know if it will arrive on time?
