If you just got a small stain - you can use a wet wipe.  If you need to wash the whole toy wash by hand or delicate machine wash at 40°C (max) - Do not bleach - Do not wring and tumble dry - Do not iron - Dry flat, away from heating surfaces and sunlight

Processing and shipping policy

I ship internationally! The order will be sent to your address, please make sure it is correct.  Ready to ship orders I normally ship in about 1-10 day of receiving an order. Made-to-order items I normally ship in about 1-4 weeks of receiving an order but this can be extended a bit depending on the amount of orders I received. If you need an item sooner, please let me know and I'll try to bump you up in my schedule.  Normally International Shipping should take 1-6 weeks to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible that your order may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. These shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Accepted Answer

Usually I pack the toys in a craft paper and then in a plastic mail bag.  You can also choose a gift wrapping. I'll pack the toy in a white or craft box and tie it with a satin ribbon. For the boxes I use bubble wrap before packing it into plastic mail bag.
