4. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, depending on the conditions.

5. If the item is defective/damaged, please file a claim and provide due diligence as requested by the customer service representative. Unverified goods are not subject to return, exchange or refund. Without verification, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

6. Any item you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items modified by you in any way after receipt are non-refundable. Please keep the receipt for the return of the parcel with you and send us photos of it by email so that we can track the parcel.

7. When placing an order, please be careful to choose the right size, color and other details. Please double check the details before confirming the order to avoid any refund or exchange claims afterwards.

8.Parcels that have been rejected or refused upon delivery, abandoned or returned outside the established return process will not be accepted as a refund.
