1. Boxes, clocks, organizers, miniatures, lantern, luminaire - that do not require regular cleaning - It is enough to periodically brush off the dust, preferably with a broom/brush. Sometimes very rarely, you can use a slightly damp textile, but pay attention that there is nothing not to hook, if there are jutting details. This is especially true of the Alice in Wonderland series items. 2. Napkins holder, tea houses, table trays, other kitchen items, organizers for cosmetics, also do not require washing. However, sometimes, if you really need, you can use a soft cloth with a drop of liquid soap warm (not hot!) with water, without dipping! wipe it. And immediately wipe dry. Do not leave to dry yourself. No abrasives. 3. Stay away from direct sunlight, they burn out any paint! 4. So as not to fall. 5. Store in dry rooms, avoid high humidity. 6. Do not expose to high or low temperatures and avoid sudden changes.

Shipping time in countries in weeks: to Asia takes 2-4, to America 3-6, to Europe 4-6. I always hope the orders arrive soon, although the arrival time is already out of my hands. Unfortunately we can't provide exact shipping time. We are not response for any delays that are made by shipping company.

The items that are returned because of incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or store credit. - All of my items come well packaged to prevent any damage. - This piece will travel by registered mail with a tracking number. - The expenses derived from paying customs duties in your country are the responsibility of the buyer. The custom and duties are charged by the Border Agencies in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable. We do not wish any inconvenience for our customers.

All materials used in the work are water-based, safe, environmentally friendly. It is based on a blank made of wood, MDF, or thick cardboard.  But crafts are not intended for DIRECT contact with food, If the description of the subject does not say about it specifically. Created in a home free of smoking.

Upcycling - creative reuse, transforming by-products, waste materials, useless, or products into new materials or products perceived to be of greater quality, such as artistic value or environmental value.  I reuse and recycle  in my creativeness and crafts any materials suitable and my shipping supplies (whenever I can) while making sure that your item(s) is/are packed in a clean and sturdy enclosure.  I strive to run a green business. If possible, I clean, appropriate shipping boxes of all sizes and packing materials, are gathered and stored to help reduce landfill.
