1.	PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

I am happy to accept personalized and customized products. You don't have to contact me to order a personalized product. In the listing description, in the note field, you will see the information that you need to fill in. Personalized and customized products are made in most cases 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and model of the product. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them Please note that the color depends on the photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

2.	CARE FOR KNITTED  PRODUCTS

1. Wash the woolen thing only with your hands!!! 2. Use only special liquid wool products. 3. when washing and rinsing, the water should not exceed 30 C. 4. Do not leave the product in water for a long time (no more than 20 minutes), and never RUB or twist. 5. after rinsing to clear water, lift the product as a whole lump and slightly press the water with your hands (without twisting!). 6. Spread out on a large bath towel and carefully but firmly roll them together in a roll and leave for 20 minutes.  7. Dry in a horizontal position, spread out on a dry towel, without stretching. 8. Never dry wool products near batteries or in the sun. 9. Store woolen items on a shelf in the closet in a folded form.

3.	SIZING DETAILS

To determine the correct product size, use the tables provided in each listing. You can also measure the clothes that your child is already wearing and compare them with the table. If your child's measurements are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. To measure the size of a child's head, wrap a soft band around the child's head at the front along the brow line, and at the back along the most prominent part. The result will be equal to the size of the headdress. If you have any problems with determining the size, or you want a different size, please contact me

4.	CUSTOMS TAXES AND FEES

International customers are responsible for all fees, including import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees required in your country. I am not responsible for any taxes and fees required in your country. I am not responsible for delays related to customs.

5.	RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact me within 3 calendar days and provide a video or photo of the parcel opening. Please contact me before leaving a review. If we could not solve the problem, we accept a refund. When making a refund, you must: -send the parcel back to my address no later than 6 calendar days; -report the tracking number of the parcel; - in the Declaration, specify " RETURN of GOODS»; - items must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as they were when they were sent. Upon receipt of the product, if all the above conditions are met, the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, as are additional customs fees. I do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made products.

6.	DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME

I only ship my product in priority packages with a tracking number. Please note that the delivery time indicated is approximate under favorable conditions. In the run-up to holidays and seasonal sales, delivery times may increase. If you do not see your country in the list of delivery destinations, please contact me to clarify the cost. I can't be responsible for the postal services.

7.	DELIVERY ADDRESS

I always use the delivery address specified in Your  account. If you want us to send the parcel as a gift with a wish card, please specify the address and greeting inscription. The buyer is responsible for all additional costs if the delivery address was incorrectly specified due to the buyer's fault. I can re-send it to You, subject to payment of the delivery cost

I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the product. If you want to add insurance, please contact me BEFORE purchasing, it is not included in the shipping cost. In case of loss or damage to the product, the money is not returned.

9.	PACKAGING

I pack all items in a cardboard box and waterproof bag. You can also choose gift wrapping, then your product will be sent in a cardboard greeting box.
