1. Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:
United States: 2-7 weeks
North America: 2-7 weeks
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-7 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

2. Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Retuns and cancellations

I accept returns and cancellations.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
I don't accept exchanges.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

4. Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

5. Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, which you authorized Inspire Uplift to provide to me, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.

7. Custom and personalized orders

Please feel free to contact me with your needs and I will be happy to help you.

Custom orders are welcome in my shop. I do love working with you custom requests. Just send me a convo to get started. Don’t forget to include a link and/or photos of the desired item modifications.

8. How long does production usually take of custom?

It usually takes 10-35 days, so Your order was ready to ship. All depends on the complexity of decoration and quoted in each product.

9. Gift wrapping and packaging

All my works are beautifully gift packed in a box and securely sealed before shipping it out. If you need gift wrapping. I can do that also. Please ask me for details before ordering.

10. Wholesale availability

For wholesale inquiries, please contact us by message so we can discuss the conditions.

11. How long is shipping

If you have an item in stock. I will send it to you within 5-7 working days. If you want to place an order, you will need time, so when ordering, just indicate when your wedding day is. And preferably your email.

Make sure you have enough time to deliver your order. I am not responsible for the operation of the postal services. Crowns and tiaras will be delivered in a beautiful gift box.

12. Care instructions of crown/tiara.
1. Do not drop.
2. Do not spray with hairspray. The rhinestones will lose their shine. When using varnish, the crown is covered with paper.
3. Store in a box.
4. Do not store in direct sunlight.
