How long should I expect to hear back from you guys when I send in a message?

Accepted Answer

We typically respond within a few hours, and no later than 24 hours!   Custom requests and/or digital proofs are typically sent during morning-to-early-afternoon hours in PDT.   We still respond on weekends and holidays, but at a lower frequency to maintain a work-life balance. Thank you for understanding!

Question 2

My package could not be delivered due to an invalid address. What should I do now?

Accepted Answer

When there is an invalid address, USPS will usually return your package to us.  When a package is sent back to us due to an invalid address entry on your end, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fee to re-ship the item out again. Refunds are not accepted for undeliverables. Addresses are never edited on our end unless specifically requested by the buyer. Once you enter an address at checkout, Etsy automates it into a label for us to simply print and package.   If you notice that your address is incorrect upon checkout, please send me a message request with the updated address as soon as possible. I will try my best to update the address prior to shipment, but I will be unable to change it once the order is sent out.

Question 3

I just placed an order. When will my items ship?

Accepted Answer

Most of our listings have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Some of our listings that require more labor will have a processing time of 3-5 business days to ensure that every order makes it out in time.   When your item ships is dependent on a few factors:  ☆ What time our postman arrives to pick up shipment  ☆ Where your order is in our queue (queues are longer during busy seasons) ☆ How large your order is  As an alternative, you may purchase the Rush Option listing to request for guaranteed 1-day processing. You may also purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout to ensure that the post office also delivers in a timely manner.
