Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

* Custom or personalized orders

* Perishable products (like food or flowers)

* Digital downloads

* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

It's the buyer's responsibility to clarify the customs duties or taxes of his/her country before purshaise. Customs duties and fees are not included into the price and have to be payed extra by buyers. The seller is not responsible for any delays due to customs. No cancelations and money return is possible because of unexpected customs duties or fees.

Returns: we offer full refunds within 14 days of the time you received your order. Items must be properly packed and we will issue a refund, minus 25% restocking fee, when we recieve the returned item in good condition. Buyer pays for the shipping.

If your order is lost or damaged - money return or replacing are both possible on your choice.

If it is damaged in the mail, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and send it back. We will replace it once we have it in hand.

The order is considered to be lost after 3 monthes time after date of dispatch.

If a package has come back to us because it wasn't received by the buyer, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for the repeated shipping 25% of the item price. Money return is also possible exclusive 25% restocking fee.

In case if package was shipped by DHL and it wasn't received by the buyer no refund is possible because returned shipping usually costs much more than any item itself and the item has to be utilized.

Custom Orders: Personalized items (such as those with a name or message or tuned to unpopular scales like chromatic etc) are non-refundable.

Payments

Usually the buyers pay at the moment of order.
It's also possible to pay after placing the order any time before the drum is dispatched. In this case we can't garantee the fixed price.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up until we have shipped them out. After we have shipped them, you may return the items for a full refund, however you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Delivery

When using standard delivery, the estimated delivery time is 15-25 days (do not confuse it with the processing time that we need to pack the goods and prepare them for shipment). Although the delivery usually only takes about ten days, please remember that this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Tracking information is required, but sometimes it stops being updated. 99% of parcels arrive safe and sound within 15-25 days
