You must have basic crochet skills. Some of my patterns are not meant for beginners. Some of them are easy to follow and understand, but please feel free to ask me which pattern would be the best option for beginners.

Wrong address

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Shipping terms

I ship your order by UkrPoshta. Once an order is accepted by the post office, delivery time usually takes 2-5 weeks, but can take up to 2 months due to any delay in customs. Please note, during holiday seasons shipment time increases due to the heavy workload of the postal carriers. I'll do my best to meet these shipping deadlines, but I cannot guarantee this as only the post is responsible for the shipping terms.
