Order processing

Order processing usually takes 1-3 days (sometime max 5 days) I use the Etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

What materials do you use to make toys?

I make all the toys from high-quality materials. I use materials such as cotton, polyester, and hollow-fiber as a filler. I make teethers and holders of pacifiers from 100% natural materials - beech, juniper, and cotton. My toys do not cause any allergic reactions.  Made with care and a lot of attention to details in a smoke-free and pet-free home.

hand wash in cool water (30°C) with a mild soap baby detergent;  gently squeeze the toy is not twisting, so as not to burst the threads;  dry on a horizontal surface, do not hang;  crochet toys should not be dried near heating appliances.

Time of shipment

To Europe: 7-22 days (sometimes 50 days maximum)  To USA: 10-30  days (sometimes 50 days maximum)  To Canada: 30-45 days (sometimes up to a maximum of 60 days)  To AUSTRALIA: 30-45 days (sometimes a maximum of 80 days).  Important! I don't accept delivery claims if less than 60 days have passed!  Post offices are very busy during the period before Christmas. After November 25, I do not guarantee delivery of packages before Christmas.  If a package is delivered to your post office and you do not pick it up, the package will be sent back to the sender and you will be refunded 70% of the total order price after the sender receives the package. Please pick up your parcels.

I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however, no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below: 1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process. 2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. 3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue." 4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."

Customs fees and taxes?

Please be aware that some countries charge customs duties and taxes on packages that arrive in your country. These fees are withheld by your government and do not apply to your purchase from me.  To expedite the customs process, we mark "Gift" on the customs declaration and indicate the value so that you do not pay customs duty.

IF THE PARCEL IS BEING DELIVERED FOR A LONG TIME

We start looking for the parcel if, according to its tracking number, its location is not changed within 14 days. We will write an inquiry for search, according to the law, the Post Service can answer the inquiry from 30 till 90 days. For this period of time, the parcel will be either found and delivered, or recognized as lost. If the parcel is recognized as lost, you will get the 100% compensation of the sum of the order. If the parcel is found but delivered with long delay, you will not get the compensation. All terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the post service. The parcels are delayed about in 1% of cases.
